Recently, I found a productive balance while creating a walkthrough video for a client, which involved using ChatGPT to script the content. Let me share my experience on how this worked out seamlessly.

My name is Ken, and I’m a real estate videographer and photographer based in Tampa, Florida. Real estate walkthrough videos can sometimes fall short of engaging the audience as often there's a lack of dynamism—agents may hesitate to appear on camera, or they might be restricted due to MLS guidelines. The project I was working on was destined for social media, allowing us a bit more freedom to create an exciting and engaging presentation.
A few weeks ago, a client approached me wanting a lively and captivating video. Our initial filming attempt resulted in numerous outtakes and eventual delays due to the weather. We did keep a few outtakes in the final cut, as they contributed to the video's authenticity and his laid-back personality. Surprisingly, we had far fewer outtakes this time—most of the mistakes were easily edited down to one or two. We collaborated on the script using iCloud Notes, allowing both of us to make revisions in real time, enhancing the process's efficiency.
