MAKING AN UNLIMITED MONEY GENERATOR! (NoobCraft Minecraft Skyblock) - Episode 6

Gaming

Introduction

Welcome to another exciting episode of NoobCraft, the series where I dive into the world of Minecraft with you all! Despite feeling a bit under the weather today, I’m determined to share our adventures in the game. Today, we’re going to create a money generator and a mob grinder at our island home. So, let’s get started!

What’s on Today’s Agenda?

Before we dive into building, I want to give a big shoutout to our chosen subscriber of the day, Hello Beep! Thank you for subscribing! If you'd like a chance to be featured, remember to hit that subscribe button and comment your name below!

Now, let's focus on our mob grinder. We have some mob spawners handy, but the challenge is to create an efficient design without merely copying someone else’s work. To get some inspiration, we decided to check out some mob farms created by players in the Diamond Drum, our server's main area.

Exploring Mob Farms

The first farm we checked out was by Ella Bella Lou. Her design involved a simple jumping and hitting system, which is effective but requires constant attention. Next, we visited Caden, who had a flat surface setup that also operated on a similar principle. Then, Black Wolf 8 showcased a farm with a combination of hoppers and a cactus system that was pretty impressive. Finally, we arrived at Dan the Chicken Man's glass mob grinder, which allowed us to see the mobs falling through the lava and collecting their drops in a chest below.

With these designs in mind, I returned to my island, ready to start building. I gathered my blocks, sorted my inventory, and began framing the mob grinder. My design was a bit risky since I hadn't created one in years, but I was motivated.

Building the Mob Grinder

I started by creating a frame with glass and arranged the walls to be 11x11 blocks wide. After ensuring the water flow was correct and the signs were in place to hold the water at the right level, I prepared to set the lava beneath, creating a deadly drop for the mobs.

Once the main structure was complete, I tested my mob spawners. I was excited to see the first villager spawn, which dropped emeralds upon defeat! It was great to see my money generator come to life. I also had to be careful, though – some villager spawn could be dangerous!

Rounding out the design, I added additional supports and pillars to give it an industrial look. The final result was impressive!

Final Thoughts

And there you have it, folks! Our mob grinder is complete, and it looks fantastic—just like how all of you support me! Thank you for joining my journey today.
