In today's fast-paced digital world, the overwhelming amount of information can make it challenging to explore new topics. To simplify your learning journey, we proudly introduce Noddy, the ultimate tool designed to help you navigate the vast seas of knowledge.

How Noddy Works

Noddy is a user-friendly extension that seamlessly integrates with popular search engines like Google and YouTube. Here's how it operates:

Input Keywords: Users can type any keyword or phrase into a search bar. For example, entering "artificial intelligence" into the Google search bar.
Graph Generation: After entering a search term, the Noddy extension popup appears, allowing users to click a button to generate a knowledge graph. This feature visually organizes related information for easy exploration.
Customization Options: Noddy includes various features, including:
- A light and dark mode theme toggle
- A button to add a new graph
- A button to delete a current graph if it’s no longer needed.
Interactive Graphs: Once the graph is generated, users can move the main topic around, as well as reposition subnodes. Each element provides a description of the main topic, and hovering over subnodes reveals descriptions of specific subtopics, powered by a Prompt API.
Related Resources: Noddy generates a Wikipedia link for each subtopic, guiding users to more detailed information.
Expanding Knowledge: Users can double-click on any subtopic to generate new notes related to that particular area. If they wish to explore deeper into a specific subtopic, a click on the node generates a new graph focused solely on that area.

Bonus Feature

Noddy recognizes the diverse needs of its users. For instance, if you have Ukrainian friends who are not proficient in English but want to leverage Noddy's capabilities, they can input phrases in Ukrainian. The extension will generate a corresponding graph in the Ukrainian language, thanks to the integration of a language and translation API.

Future Developments

If we had more time, additional features on the roadmap would include:

A sign-up and login page for personalized experiences.
An option for users to export their graphs as PDFs for easy sharing and reference.
