Packing School Lunch *REAL FOOD* #shorts
People & Blogs
Introduction
Today, as I prepared my daughter's school lunch, I couldn't help but notice the ongoing debate among parents about what constitutes "real food." With various opinions swirling around, I decided to pack a healthy yet fun lunch for her, especially given the enthusiasm of her classmates.
To start off, I included two crisp celery sticks paired with ketchup for dipping—a crunchy and savory snack that she enjoys. Next, I added some sweet corn, which she absolutely loves, and I topped it off with a sprinkle of salt to enhance the flavor. In an effort to keep her lunch diverse and exciting, I also included some Jello. However, I had a clever twist in mind; I mixed in some green beans with the Jello. This way, she can enjoy her dessert while still getting in some healthy vegetables!
Finally, to make the lunch even more enjoyable, I found a lollipop stuck to the bottom of my shoe earlier that day, and I thought it would be a cute surprise for her. To top it all off, I added an ice cream cone to bring a smile to her face.
I'm always looking for ways to encourage my daughter to eat healthy while also enjoying her meals. Follow for more fun and creative lunch ideas!
