Film & Animation
Introduction
Welcome to the beta version of Peech for webinars! This article will guide you on how to leverage your long-form video content effectively. Below is a step-by-step demonstration of the onboarding process and functionalities available within the Peech platform.
Onboarding and Brand Kit Setup
During the onboarding process, you may have already set up your brand kit. If you haven’t, you can easily do so by using the new "Brand Kit" button. To begin, make sure to provide a title for your brand kit.
- Upload Your Logo: You can upload different versions of your logo, allowing you to experiment with various designs.
- Select a Default Logo: Choose a specific logo to set as your default.
- Edit Colors: Although Peech automatically extracts colors from your logo, you're welcome to edit or add more colors if desired.
- Choose Fonts: Select a font from Peech's library, or upload your own custom font.
- Decide on a Visual Style: Determine a visual style; all generated graphic elements will maintain a consistent style and visual language.
Importing and Editing Webinars
Once your brand kit is set, it’s time to move to the fun part: navigating to the Webinar Library.
- Upload Webinars: The library will contain all the original webinars you wish for Peech to edit. The uploading process will start immediately, followed by the generating process.
- Snippet Videos: After a few moments, snippet videos derived from your webinar will appear in a folder named after your webinar. Each video will be titled based on its content.
- Generating Process: While some videos may still be generating, you can let the process run its course uninterrupted.
Creating and Editing Snippet Videos
To create a video snippet, follow these steps:
- Select Snippet: Once you find the desired snippet, click “Create”.
- Choose Video Size: Select the appropriate video size for your clip.
- Select Video Elements: Choose which elements Peech will automatically add to your video. Don’t worry; changes can always be made later.
- Transcription: The transcription for the snippet content is available below the video. You can easily cut words and sentences by highlighting them and clicking "Cut", which will immediately reflect in the video.
- Finalizing Edits: Once you've selected the desired content, click "Continue".
Face Recognition and Final Review
Peech will perform face recognition on the uploaded content and will prompt you to enter the names and job titles of the people featured in the video. Make sure to check the checkbox so that Peech remembers these faces for future videos.
Your edited video will be ready for review shortly. This video will include:
- An intro and outro
- Background music
- Subtitles
- Watermark logo
- Highlights of graphic texts and speaker titles
The finalized video can either be downloaded as is, or you may choose to edit it further in the visual editor.
